Even though the condo is next to the main road, I have no noise issues.

Even though the condo is next to the main road, I have no noise issues. I can not hear the traffic noise at all. It is so good for me. This condo allows pets, but I think the pet zone is quite small, and they have lots of pet rules. The common areas are nice and clean. I really like the atmosphere here, especially in the rooftop garden where I love to relax and read a book. I bought the unit on the 25th floor. It's a one-bedroom with standard furniture and well divided the room into proportion. This condo can be a good investment option as it is close to the malls, the hospitals, and the MRT station, which are under construction.
