Our 250sgm home has all the amenites including 15kw solar, water purification systems, induction stove, Italian electric oven, micowave, 8 air conditioners, salt water swimming pool (5x10m), bamboo flooring, media room with Klipsh reference series home theater system, four hi-def tv's ranging from 45in to 65 in; deep freeze, washer, imported teak furniture from Bali, double pane windows imported from Germany, huge organic garden, chicken coop for fresh free range organic eggs, fruit trees galore and a 60 sgm maids home with 2 maids. We also have a gardener that takes care of the grounds and the chickens. The property is on 3.5 rai with the two houses. It is a five minute drive to Rama II, a 20 minute drive to downtown Amphawa, 90km to BKK and 105km to Hua Hin. We are located on a klong with beautiful views of the neighbooring coconut farms. For foreigners, a 90 year lease is offered if there is no registered Thai company to purchase. Probably the biggest advantage to expat owners is the immirgration department in Samut Songkhram is a breeze. In and out in minutes, no waiting, no stress. Living in the country, outside of BKK is a pleasure as the locals are happy, friendly and relaxed.. It is not like Samui, Phuket or Pattaya.For a Thai citizen, the location close to BKK and Hua Hin is a real advantage with many local restaurants to cater to your needs. We have excellent staff that are still young and hard working. Our garden will produce most of what you need for delicious meals cooked by the staff. We love Amphawa and will continue to live nearby on additonal  property we own.
